Ik geniet er zelf zo van om dingen die aan de basis van onszelf liggen te begrijpen en te ervaren. Weten waar de dingen die we eten vandaan komen, zien hoe het groeit, hoe de plant eruit ziet, terug weten wanneer hij geoogst wordt en proeven hoe zelfgekweekte, gezonde vruchten smaken.
Maar nu genoeg gefilosofeerd. Vanaf nu gaan we gewoon uitleggen hoe het in zijn werk gaat om ook in de stad je eigen mini-moestuintje op te starten in potten en bakken, op balkons, daken of de vensterbank.
