Wekenlang genieten is dat hier, tot de scheuten wat taai en te pittig worden. Tja, intussen hebben we onze hopplant een heel klein beetje ingetoomd… Hop is maar één van de vele doorlevende groenten die nu volop produceren. Andere arbeidsarme (= gratis) doorlevende groenten die we op dit moment plukken: wilde venkel, brave hendrik, berglook, asperge, zwartmoeskervel (nu ja, die is twee- of driejarig), roomse kervel, eeuwig moes, en nog een paar die ik nu vergeet.
