* sap en geraspte schil van een halve citroen
* 6 tot 8 mooie blaadjes van de citroenmelisse (fijn gehakt)
* 25 gr gelatinepoeder
* 2 eetlepels warm water
* 1 ei
* 150 cc standyoghurt, los geroerd
* 3 dessertlepels rappé suiker (of gewone kristalsuiker mag ook)

Doe de koekjes in een plastiek zakje en rol ze fijn met een deegrol.

Smelt de boter in een steelpan en doe het koekjeskruim erbij en roer tot alle kruim wat boter heeft opgenomen. Strooi het mengsel in een springvorm (± 23cm doorsnede) en druk het stevig aan. Laat de bodem opstijven.

Zeef de cottagecheese, en roer er daarna de roomkaas door samen met citroensap, -rasp, eierdooier, suiker en losgeklopte yoghurt.
Roer daar de stukjes kruid doorheen.
Los de gelatine op in het water, schep de oplossing voorzichtig door het mengsel en giet het uit over de bodem.
Laat alles afkoelen en opstijven in de ijskast.
